He noted that, “Healthy food provides the necessary nutrients for energy, repair, and maintenance of the body. In some cases, it may even be medicinal and help to heal the body. Healthy food has helped me maintain my weight, keep good energy levels, and may help me to live a longer life. It should be a priority for everyone. However, the lack of education, lack of applying knowledge of healthy foods, and the crunch of demanding life events/situations make it difficult to prioritize healthy food consumption.”

When asked they prefer eating healthy food or junk food, 44%of people prefer healthy, while 11% of people prefer eating junk food. Healthy eating can mean a lot of different things. The next question in the survey asked, “Do you eat healthy sometimes?” 50% of people said they eat healthy sometimes, and 10% of people said they do not eat healthy. Chosing the right foods will fuel your body with the nutrition it needs to prevent nearly every disease and dysfunction from cataracts, infertility, and neurodegenerative conditions to cardiovascular disease and cancer.
